Some 40-140 mph times for the BNR Stage 3s
I should've posted this the day it happened, but this whole "deploy to war" thing has taken up most of my time .
At the tail end of a tuning session with Kan, I made about ten 40 to 140 runs. In the past, with the stock twins and a high flow cat as the only differences I ran a consistent 18 seconds flat.
I started in 2nd gear and went allllll the way to 8k in 4th gear. I was running about 1.10 to 1.14 on the power fc, with my 17 inch Fikse rims. I'm positive that these times would've been even quicker with the stock rims on. With ole' Steve-o running the stopwatch, I consistently hit 14 seconds flat. I was shifting quickly, but not exactly Kan-quick .
For a frame of reference, I checked out an article on Dodge's new big bad 500ci, 500hp, 525 torque monster Viper. 40 to 140 in 15.1 seconds. Looks like I've got the snake beaten--not bad for a completely streetable, potential daily driver, huh ?

Damn, nice numbers dude. What magazine is the 40-140 in 15.1 for the Viper from. Also, is the 369 rwhp in your sig on the BNRs or the stockers? Thanks.

the 368 is on the stockers. I figure I was making 400-425 when I made these runs.
Not trying to tease, just trying to share the wealth. BNRs for all !

IIRC, when i did the same run while tuning, it took about 11.5 seconds according to the haltech dataloggit and i also wasnt shifting fast...wasnt exactly trying to time it, just ended up going back and looking at it.

I thought the Fiske rims were lightweight? Well, probably not as light as the stockers. Nice times and not bad for twin turbos. Your rims aren't near as heavy as my 18 inch chrome slugs - they are heavy.

Why is my baby your favorite? Could it be the Veilside Combat Shogun body kit, or the 19 inch Bling-Blnag chrome rims, the double-decker 747 dual wing spoiler, the neon-strobe valve stem caps ?
