Solenoids Plug it in or resistors??

Can I just plug the electrical connection to the Soleniod in and not hook up the vacuum hose to keep the check engine light from coming on or should I use resistors?

yeah you can do both...
if you want to use resistor... go to an electronic store and buy a 330ohm 1/2 watts... solder it to a male end and cover it wiv electrical tape... that should do it...

Yup you can do that, but why leave all the junk there when you don't need to?
