Solenoid identification

Solenoid marked 3L1 AESA127-3. has 3 nipples coming out of it so I'm assuming it must be the type used for the charge control, charge relief, or turbo control but want to confirm with someone who is familiar with this Id number.

I had a look on my solenoid rack and it looks like it's the charge control which is also marked "AESA127-3"
