My car will never be "done." There is always more things that can and will be done to my baby. Luckily I don't have a Mrs. yet to tell me when to stop, lol.

MY engine is pretty much done and im happy with where it sits at. a very reliable 340rwhp and great set up for auto-x / road racing. Now its just time to start doing my body mods. 3k later and I should be happy for awhile. But I still will never be done =P CAR = MONEY PIT

I have had my FD for about 3 years now, all the way from bolt ons to a ported motor and a good sized single. As far as performance, it's done to my knowledge. Now on to suspension and tires... Tein Flex coilovers, potenza re01's or the re050's, trailing and toe bars. After I get the power to the ground, I will then move on to exterior. I would like to purchase the factory 99' bumper, lip, and lights. Remove my factory r1 wing, feed side skirts, and get a nice re a rear diffuser to match. Then I would like a nardi wheel, bride gias seats, and black door panels. After that I think it would be complete to me. It is a never ending project, I want to personalize it to my taste and what I want in a sports car which I do as time goes by!

What would you do with a "finished" car? I suppose you'd say take it to the track, but werent you already doing that?... What is a finished car? one that is perfect?? with perfect brakes, suspention, and power?

Definition of Done

Like what Skir2222 said..

It can be "finished" but then your tastes change. It's an ongoing process. I think by finished BADSVN2000 meant: running in what resembles a reliable fashion with close to "ideal" power, with interior and exterior mods that speeds up saliva production significantly. You can achieve that without being completely "done".

I need to update the suspension. I have springs, toe links, and traling arms to put on, but I think I'm going to go with coilovers. I need a new rear end, axles, and wheels and I'll be close to "done." Then I have a lot of polishing and cleaning up to do.

Pfft…finished. My car will never be finished but this is my stopping point.

Body work is complete and my rebuild is 99% done but I still: need twin power, AI, 3 bar map sensor, a tune, re-upholstered seats, new floor mats, tint my rear window, and to hook up my sound system. Other than when **** breaks no more money goes into the car.
