4" is huge if its true, thats a tight spot with a single, so unless you have a L-shaped down pipe its very hard or impossible, im running a T04E in a jspec/UKspec FD now with 3inch, tight spot.

Wow! Some harsh comments here on the car. The tyres are 225/40/17’s Yes your right about grip. Just can’t get enough of that stuff. I seriously doubt getting 420BHP or more out of the old twin Turbo system. Besides, Twin turbo’s are far far less reliable than the single unit. Anyway who wants over 60 hoses to run turbos, which is how many there are on the twin turbo units. Wings. Body kits, As far they go it’s personal taste, Some love it, some don’t . Of course there faster RX7’s out there than my one, I know that. But, I do know, to get past thing you would need something pretty special to do it. I recon she’s good for very low 12s or high 11s runs down the strip. Now for a road car, I recon that would take some beating. As I say not too much out there is going to do it and 180/190 MPH is fast enough for me man. As they say there’s always something faster somewhere

The C1 front looks fookin gorgeous on a black car. So much **** is talked about the C1 kit on this forum. Compared to some of the ***** that people glue on to their cars it's a sodding work of art!
Evil looking car you've got there Titan3, you need to get that thing to Santa Pod!

Thanks Man!

It seems there are some nice people around after all.

I did 3 runs up the PoD Just before it went POP! Low 13s were the best at that time. But, we will see how she gets on this year.

Never say theres isnt much to improve on, thats opinion based, just like the wing coment. Your imprvement in your standards might be a worsening of looks in another point of view. We all have dfifferent tastes, your gonna tell me that wing doesn't look a little sweet, everyones afraid to say it because they'll be flamed as a ricer but I personally like the style, infact Im planning to get one like it (a little smaller) or a 99 spec. The car looks sharp, and he loves, it, just like we love ours (most of us anyways )

Taste!

I agree, It's all down to taste, If all liked the same things we would prob be all driving around in Larda's or some other NAff set of wheels. It's like all these Comments about the performance at around 420BHP It's so, so easy to Gobb off how low it is, I always say, stick on the strip That sorts the bull shiters out, From what it seems to me, 75% of RX7's and their owners on this site appear to to run 600 - 700 BHP type RX7's with the twin turbo's ! Yes I recon their out there! Don't know where! Of course there are sill speed RX7's on the street, but to get into the low 11s or 10 second range I say they are very very few.

If you can hit the mid 12's your doing real good That the truth. SO most of these sad, little people are

So there

Titan3, this is ground control, you are cleared for takeoff. There is a 747 in the landing pattern overhead, waiting for your departure. He wants to know where he can get a wing as big as yours, over.

Yeh that something pretty special is me.
BTW i understand there is quite a difference in roller readings between the UK & USA.USA readings for power on dynojets show approx 15% more.

Dynojets do read fairly high compared to other dyno's which is part of the reason they're so popular. It's like making men feel better by having a ruler the displays 4 inches as being 7 and so forth : ). Does Jason Dullforce still have an RX 7? He lived in North London last time I was there.

600-700 BHP is rare on this site even with a single on a 20B.

it seems that the average is 350-450.

although 450 is pretty high
