so a midpipe replaces the cat? what is a lower dp and upper dp?

Is a lower dp and upper dp, such as the ATR exhaust found here: ATR lower and upper dp , is that a dp and midpipe, or what?

sure is......upper=downpipe.....lower=midpipe
