Realized today that the chunk of metal looks suspiciously like a turbo blade. Of course I never checked to see what the secondary turbo blades looked like because it spun well.

Unfortunately, the bad primary has a full set of blades so I'm pretty sure I'll go home, stick my finger in the turbo manifold (all together, in the car, with a swapped out secondary cartridge as a primary) and come up one short when I count the blades on the secondary. Maybe even more.

Wish I would have figured this out before I swapped out the cartridges and put everything back together.

Just thought I'd update everyone.
