Got it out, but everything around the turbos is baked to a crisp. The precat heat did so much damage to everything. All the rubber, plastic and harness are all in bad shape. The airpump hoses broke into tiny pieces as soon as I moved them. I need to order a ton of replacement parts.

 

Congrats Seth. I remember your CYM fc3s and knowing you, you will treat this R2 with the same care and attention to detail that you did with the FC. Stock or modified, I'm sure it will be a beautiful car.

Not sure if you remember me. I was living in Phoenix when you were in Tucson. We talked a little but life kept us busy and later took me overseas. Nice to see you back in the Bay Area. If you need an extra set of hands, then give me a call. I just moved back to Milpitas last week and dont mind the relaxing drive over the 92.

Hey Kevin, totally remember you. Wow, super long time! Would love to have you swing by the house, the car is not much to look at right now though lol. I'm actually seriously considering puling the motor to have it freshened up (still original motor). Its going to be a fun project. Going to take my time, try to hunt down as many OEM parts as I can.
