Smoky Question
Any of you guys had a problem like this??
I got this unusual smoking problem.only when I sit at the lights idling I get quite a bit of oil smoke.Most of the time it happens within a minute of stopping,idling at the lights.Other times it will go for a couple days without ever smoking even if I leave it idling for 10 minutes.No smoke on start up,no smoke on boost,no smoke on decel,no smoke any other time.
One time I left it idling on the driveway until it started smoking (which took a while) and I left it smoking for about 5 minutes with engine idling,removed oil cap,no blow-by at all,idling/smoking for a few more minutes and then removed spark plugs to see if theres oil on plugs--no oil on plugs, dry,so it not the engine oil seals.I think its turbo seal(s) maybe exhaust side as I dont have any oil on the i/c pipes.Any theories on this problem??
