Smoke from turbos at startup?

Well I woke up today and looked at my garage, thinking about how long the FDs been hibernating, sitting in there for what seems like forever. Ive been starting it up every week or so and today was that time once again.

The thing is when i started it up this morning I noticed something under the hood. I started it and walked to the engine. After about a minute or so I noticed faint smoke coming from the left side of the block, by the downpipe. I figured the downpipe got really hot and is letting off vapors but when I looked closer it looked like the smoke was coming from under the downpipe, down from the rear turbo.

After a minute of smoking it just stopped. Didnt really smell like anything. I remember in the summer I crawled under the car to look for the fuel filter and was checking out the engine from underneath. There was oil around the base of the rear turbo, while the front one didn't have any oil sorrounding it. I have been meaning to buy a gasket for the rear turbo to replace it but never got around to doing it. Could this be related to the smoke?

Also the car has a 10-8-10 pattern, sometime 10-8-12, but it doesn't feel like its at perfect boost. It feels like somethings holding it back. Not sure if that has anyhting to do with it but its another story of its own. My main question is what kind of process do I have to go through to get the 2nd turbo off? I know I have to take off intake, y-pipe, air pump but after that I have no clue.

The exhaust gasket may be falling , bad or w/e. I had the same problem and it was the gasket between the turbo and downpipe.
