Hello guys!

Last night was pretty cold.I'never had 3k start up before but last night
my Fd start at 3k and smokes alot then before.

so I thought something must be wrong.and let idle poped the hood
and not much but not little smoke was coming from around turbos
but after warmd up both exhaust and under hood smoke were gone
and car pools OK and idle smooth.

I guess exhaust smoke is pretty normal for cold start.but what could be the smoke from turbo?

I have oil leak but i thought it was pan gasket.

any coment would be appriciated..

 

Did the smoke have an odd smell to it? If not then it's probably condensation evaporating off of the exhaust manifold.

 

Well I didn't semll anything special it was more like whit steam.
maybe a little water got on the turbo when I toped off coolant.
I'm gona check the leak this weekend.
