Question ok i need help tackling my next problem with boost..some one wanna give opinions

Ok now that i got my car running i wanna fix a slight boost proble that is happening..ok when i first got the car it felt solid but i drove it home and the total trip was 1400 miles...when i floored it it 10-10-12 that was at sea level for some reason i now get...7-13-12..? this is how it goes i floor it it jumps but not that back in that seat feel anymore I swear my friends stock VR-4 seems way faster? but in first i noticed a weezing sound from the engine when the boost is right on 0 through 2-3 psi..? then the boost after it reaches 5 feels kinda like its struggling a almost slight bucking feel? then goes to 10 or 8...this is not all the time so it has to be a bad hose or hoses?? Also the turbos are brand new so it cant be turbo's but the bucking feeling really comes on in 5th gear when i floor it it like it wants to go fast but doesnt? and in 3rd 4th gear i feel a slight hesitation right at 5 psi but its not a 3000 rpms its whenever i hit 5psi? also when i down shift from lets say 4th gear at 10psi the 3rd gear the boost drops to 5psi and feels weak the engine is still reving but no pwer felt because boost is stuck at 5psi? cold it be bad spark plugs that cause it or wires , grounding problems, bad tranny, bad clutch, NEEDS NEW HOSES-Ypipe, or the engine

i tried to be as specific as possible, if you need any extra info lemme know.....please help these problems need to be assesed so i can have a good rotary!

Have you changed the plugs or wires since you got the car? Have you had the fuel filter replaced?
A boost leak wouldn't cause the bucking. Sounds more like a fuel or spark problem. The stock fuel pulsation damper tends to leak sometimes and might cause that but you would smell fuel around the back of the upper intake manifold (towards firewall).

When I first got my car I changed the plugs, wires, fuel filter, and oil because I didn't know the condition and didn't want to chance anything.
