Heya guys, just yesterday sitting at the lights i noticed a wee bit of smoke coming
out of the bonnet so i pulled over to have a look, the slight smoke is actually a burning oil smell and was coming from the under the turbine housing? Its never done this before in the past so i have no idea why its doin it now. The only thing i can think of is i just had the turbo taken out cos it had a exhaust leak from the front pipe, could they of possibly forgot to tighten something? Like the oil feed line or something? Also it only does this in hot days without me giving it **** too.

btw the turbos a HT18-2S from a gen 2

There is an oil line right under the turbos. You can see it when you jack up the car.
So look under the car and you'll probably see where it's coming from. But I would check your oil level asap.

Found the culprit! slight oil leak from one of the 6 bolts on the turbine housing.

The pics taken from underneath the turbo, please dont tell me the turbos stuffed cos i had it reconditioned 2 months ago, is it possible to just tighten it up?
