Thumbs up Sled Driver's Pedal Set and Passenger Foot Rest

I just got finished installing the passenger foot rest and complete set of pedal covers. All the pieces are top notch quality, and he provides all the necessary mounting hardware and instructions. I took some pics:

http://jrx7.rx7life.com/pedalinstallpicindex.htm

Install was very easy, just a few pointers though:

The kick panel is held on with 2 little plastic buttons (I took some pics), to remove use a small awl to punch out the center pin and then pry out the button.

The passenger foot rest will not go on very easily with the floor mat in place. Remove the floor mat prior to installation, you can fit it back under the rest after you've got it on. It's a tight fit, but it'll go and at least you know it won't slide around.

Big thumbs up to Emery (Sled Driver) for making these available. Excellent product, and he was a pleasure to do business with.

JR, You Da Man!

Thanks dude. I appreciate you comments & the additional photos.

Hey, how about a brake pedal cover, for Auto Driver's, like the Driver's footrest, with raised holes? Not counter sunk holes like the gas pedal.

I figue you need grip on the brake & the foot rest, but keep the gas pedal smooth to slide your shoe on.

I'll email you JR & will discuss it.

I saw these and they looked nice but one thing... the passenger side footrest what if some jackass friend got in my car with muddy shoes and the mud fell threw those holes and down on the carpet. Is that thing easy to remove to clean? Sorry if it is, I didn't give it much insight I just had that thought.

Well first of all I wouldn't let my friends anywhere near my car if they had mud on their shoes, and if they did get it in the car I'd kick their *** and then make them lick it up... BUT if something did happen or you just wanted to clean up down there the foot rest comes off easily, it's olny held on with 2 nuts.
