It depends, really. Assembly lube should protect it from seizing up, assuming they had all the openings plugged. This is assuming it never had oil or coolant in it. If it's been sitting for 7 years with coolant in it, I'd be wary of the spark plug holes, coolant passages and coolant seals.
Sometimes after sitting for a long time, seal springs tend to flatten, the only real way to tell is to do a compression test, though. Test it, see if it's alright, if so then I don't see any reason not to get it.
