Single or twins?

What would be the best turbo to run on a rx-7 if you want to make 400-500 hp
I was thinking about purchasing bnr's stage 3?
Any numbers#?

it's depend on wot you really want both can make up to such HP. But for single you might face turbo lag. (i face it when i was with single, but not now that i change back to twin)
