Hey guys, couldn't seem to find anyone doing this. I'm doing my rebuild and going through re wrapping my harnesses. I want to get rid of all the un used wires, but I am still running a Pettit ecu, and am not sure if this will trigger a limp mode or not. If someone can point me in the right direction that would be great.

on a reflashed ecu like that you will get errors as if you were on a stock ecu. you need a standalone like a power fc or something to do that. do not do anything with the harness in terms of deleting wires if you are going to use that ecu.

so your car is non seq and you're running an ecu that was tuned for sequential mode? What are your mods?

 

Yes, it seems to work fine. Street port, v mount, 3 in exhaust, larger waste gate flapper, mbc, I think that's about it.
