single turbo on auto harness question.

OK i am doing the single turbo wire harness conversion on my automatic wire harness. My FD is already converted to a manual so nothing auto is being used except the wire harness.

as you can see at the pics below i have all these extra wires and connectors.
My question is:

can eliminate all these wires and adapters and convert the auto harness like a manual harness would be converted?

No reason you can't eliminate the extra wires. At this point the harness is pretty much a manual harness, just treat it as such.

Take your time and be VERY careful and thorough when weeding out a harness. Do it RIGHT - half-assed wiring here could mean a helluva time fixing the problem down the road.
