single rotor idle problem solved
After converting to full non-sequential I could not get the car to start normally. I had to force inject ATF to start it, and when it did start it felt like it was running on one rotor. I pulled the plugs to confirm, and I found the front rotor plugs soaked.
At the time I was in a rush to get ready for sevenstock, and though I pulled out my injectors I did not have time to have send them out to be cleaned and balanced. So, I put them back in. That was my biggest mistake so far.
I pulled them back out this weekend, and one at a time I applied voltage to them. Just as I suspected, the primary front rotor injector was stuck open (no loud click, just a muted one). It looks like having tried to have clean them in an ultrasonic solvent tank was not such a hot idea since what ever residue was left obviously left created a reaction with the internals of the injector.
I compared the injector coil ohms to the others, and they all matched at 14ohms each. This means it's mechnical and not electrical.
All four injectors go out monday to RC-engineering, and I hope they are able to fix it.
I just thought that I would pass this information on for others that may have experienced something similar after pulling their injectors.
