silicone on the oil metering pump?
Anyone ever use rtv when putting back on the oil metering pump?
I did but i dont think i need it. The oring should work fine. So Im gonna take it off and clean the rtv off it. I was just wondering if any one has and run into problems because of it.

The o ring is fine you should not any other than it unless something is wrong. If it is fix it correctly and have a good nights sleep. If you have a good night , when you take her home and your OMP will not be leaking because some rtv has kept the o -ring from sealing .
