Silicone hose clamp for Y-Pipe question.

My rubber joint is leaking so I'm thinking of using HoseTechniques.com's Silicone Turbo Hose. What inner diameter and length do you guys recommend? I'm thinking of using the 2.75" ID by 3" length.

Any other suggestions? Is the OEM hose better? Where can I purchase it and how much is the cost roughly? I'm reinstalling my engine on Thursday (yes...this time for real) and want to have it by then. HoseTechniques.com will have my hose by Tuesday but if any other options are better please let me know soon. Thanks!

Why not upgrade to the efini y-pipe? It's more money, but you might as well do it right.

I will later...just spent about $2,000 to get this car running. So any other suggestions besides the Efini Y-Pipe?

Just buy the HoseTechniques.com's Silicone Turbo Hose. 2.75" dia is correct.

I suggest calling them on the phone if you do order. It took them over a week to acknowledge and ship my web order.

Baker Precision has 2.75" turbo hose. One foot is enough for four couplers. Have used it for a couple years with absolutely zero issues.

Or uh...you could buy the silicone IC hoses that I have for sale for $100 shipped....

Pre-cut, formed, replaces all four couplings. You just need to get clamps.

They replace the factory hard pipes and rubber hoses? That's sweet!
