signs of running lean?

mods are... empty cat and pre cat, + intake. if i dont have the ac on i am spiking to 13psi when # 2 comes online....... with it on and all the other electrical loads i can keep it at 10psi. but are there any obvious ways to tell if my 13b is running too lean?

Yes, go to a dyno and wideband it. BTW, spiking to 13 psi with the stock ecu isn't good. Whatever you do, do not get a cat-back. The stock cat-back is the only restriction you have.
