Sign of Low Compression?

I removed all the belts from everthing since Im doing my Vac hose job. Just to check I decided to see if I can turn the motor over with my hand. I was surprised to see that I could very well do it. It took some force but not impossible. This mean anything or am I paranoid?

You should be able to turn it by hand, if not then its siezed. Not even sure if a rotary can sieze like a piston motor can, but in any case, your motor is all good!
