side vent removal???

I did a search already so please don't flag me. I need to replace my side fender vent. I just picked up a clean replacement and some 5.0 mustang driving aSSbag kicked mine in. So my question is.... Does anyone know an easy way (I already thought of breaking it out. my friend can repair it for me so that's not an option), without takeing off the front bumper? thanks

just pull the inner fender liner out and you can get to the backside.

LOL its really easy just take off the fender and there are two small phillis screws. Take them out the pinch the plastic and they pop right out. To take off the fender I believe there are 5 screws up top, 2 under neath, 5 of so smaller ones in the wheel well and, and 1 behind the door.

Which piece is broke, the entire vent or the black plastic mesh? The mesh is glued to the vent so you would have to break that off to replace it.

the whole thing has a hole in it about 3inchs across and about 2 inchs high. it's a hole. I'll give the going under the inner liner a try before I take off the bumper.
