I think if you rotate them it exposes the screws.

i got it you have to take off the interior panel to disconnect the harness from inside thanx anyways

right, they disconnect from inside. i also need to replace mine. they are made of plastic or fiber glass, and u can see they are fading compared to the rest of the cars paint.
