Should these niples be blocked. I have no emissions and a non sequential setup.
They are located on the left of the LIM.

Turbo lag
A friends fd with a street port and BNR stage 2s is having problems. Its got all the mods that it needs to support the upgrades like PFC, injectors, fp, fmic, etc. I think he is running the turbos non sequentially. He has no emissions.
Ok with all of that said here is the problem he is having. He is not reaching full boost (1 bar) until about 4900 rpms and it sounds like there is a leak while it is spooling. Possibly related is the warm up idle surging like so many others are experiencing. Do you guys think there could be a vacuum leak that is causing the boost leak and the surging? He says that the surging has been happening since before he had the port and the turbos.
If you guys need more info just ask and ill post it up, i didnt know what all you guys would need to know and i didnt want to go on forever.

thanks for the help in advance

pressure test the system with an air compressor. You can put 2 tennis ***** to cover the intake holes after you remove the filters. After put the air compressor to a nipple on the uim and the air will escape from the leak. It is very dangerous for him to go to 15psi with a huge leak like that because the turbos are probably putting out 20-25psi to get 15 to the engine not even counting the pressure drop through the ic. Hot air will melt the engine
