Should I Buy This FD ?

Recently I found a FD with some nice mods and in the process of buying. Just some background notes I talked to this guy and hes very nice and is selling b/c he needs a 4 door. Anyways I was suppose to pickup last saturday but the motor decided to go low compression on the rear rotor at 40psi on 6k miles. Anyways it is currently getting a new engine but I am not sure if I want to still get it. The mods are listed below. I would just like a opionon on what yall think. Some other notes is its boosting at 9psi with STOCK INJECTORS AND STOCK FUEL PUMP AND UNTUNED. The new engine is going to be a REMAN with brand new hoses.

1994 Mazda Rx7 Vintage Red
3rd owner 106,000 on the body clean title
interior in excellent condition one small tear in drives seat interior is black.
TDO6 Greddy Turbo Kit (pulleys,downpipe,manifold,wastegate)
24row polished gr Greddy Intercooler kit all polished
Custom Mid Pipe polished
Apexi N1 Exhaust
Blitz boost guage B/L
Apexi Power Fc with Commander
Greddy Elbow polished
Wheels:FNO1R Machined 17x8Front 17x9Back New Tires Yokohama ES100
99 Front Lip
PWR polished Radiator
Polished Blowoff Valve
And extended warranty purchased that is transferable 2 yrs on motor and tranny.
Car Dynoed at 298 whp before the mid- pipe
1320 trap speed at 112mph 12.5sec on street tire
lowered with Eibach's Pro suspension kit.

Thanks again

I agree with everyone, for that price, I doubt you'll find a much better deal. Plus the guy is nice, which is a good plus. Don't want to deal with a thief or a crook.

Its the fact that I am worried about the td06 20g not properly getting enough fuel setting up for detonation.

I'd say it's worth it if it gets a new motor. That turbo kit is nice.

Then don't let him deliver it to you. Go pick it up and tow it home (or have it shipped to you). Then take care of the fuel mods and necessary equipment to get the tuning done right.

Your missing the part where I posted I dont have time to do it b/c of work. I rarely have days off. And hes setting it on a rich fuel map and the rev limiter at 4k.

Then why are you even looking at a car? Let someone else take it that will have the time to take care of it.

1) Because this car was supposed to be delivered last week I took a whole 5 days off to get the injectors and fuel pump in.
2) My days off have to be schedueled a week in advance and since I did not recieve the car last week I got slammed with hours this week and the motor is being finished this week.
3) Due to the owners circumstance hes planning on dropping off and getting his friend who lives down here to give him a ride home.

Well theres not much after injectors and fuel pump... Just a boost controller ... All thats left is a large turbo or even a streetport but I highly doubt I go that route. Anyways I only work during nights so it gives me time to work on the car. I am not using this as a daily driver if thats what most of you are thinking. I love RX-7's. Just can't find many for sale in Texas for a decent price that is why I am considering this one.
