But you do know how you got it so cheap because you know it has a salvage/remanufactured title! A salvaged/remanufactured title automatically reduces the value of a vehicle by at least half. Even then, few buyers will purchase vehicles with salvaged/remanufactured titles.

There is also some mention of problems with the turbos and you even talked about a rebuild. Fix the turbos and rebuild the engine and then you will have over $11,000 total invested in a salvage title vehicle. You've got to be kidding! Just sell it to rjuge and be thankful you got out of this deal without taking a major hit to your wallet.

If you are willing and have the $$ to drop a few thousand dollars into your car in the near future (or distant hopefully) I say you have THE perfect car to do this with. If you barely had the $$ to buy this car in the first place and IF the engine were to go out on you tomm. and you couldn't afford to replace it....Cut bait and sell the car Now. After looking into the salvage title dealio...it will be very hard to get that much $$ for your car. $9k is a great price especially if the guy is ready to hand over the cash now. You COULD get more for your car however, but that would take time to find the right person who is willing to pay more than $9k for your car. But, again.....Just a few grand and you have yourself a top notch sports car that will hang with the best of Todays sports cars. $6 more grand and you can have yourself a car that would lay down an *** whoopin on just about anything on the street AND track (road course). IF you are selling this car to get another RX-7....Don't do it. Chances are...you will need a new engine on the next car and no telling what else. Right now...you know what you've got and have to work with and that's the most important thing if you are to own an FD that will last.

NO, my third get died. I am exporting it to Puerto Rico to a guy who wants it to fix it up. It's got no clutch, the engine is blown, no cooling system, the body is banged up to hell, interior is ratty, and what is that freaking clunk in the rear end! Oh!

I tell you, potholes and rx7s don't mix AT ALL!

About the salvage title. I bought a 94 Stealth R/T TT all modded up running 11s with a recon title for $10k. Big mistake......
.
..
I couldn't give the thing away. Ended up selling it for $5600....
.
.
.
.
But hey, when you plan on keeping it forever....

I plan on investing over $14k in this vehicle......
..
..
.
...

I must be an idiot.....

..

oh well, unless I find another one by tonight....

I'll spend a LOT of money.
