Shitty Boost in 2nd Gear (only)?!

Hey Guys;
I have been driving my car for about 5 months now and have never noticed that 2nd gear has little to no boost like around 3-5 pounds. While driving the other night I really noticed this as I am in first gear and can hold full boost to redline then shift to second boost drops and stays at around 3-5 pounds no more than that. 3rd gear boosts up to 12 and same as 4th and 5th the only problematic gear with low boost is second?! Is that weird....its not supposed to happen is it and is there anyone out there that has had this problem happen to them and how would I go about getting my boost up in 2nd gear. Thanks for the help guys...
