Shipping to KDRotary

Anyone have a company they have used with good rates. So, far the best price I have is $495, but it mentions $100 extra if the car is disabled, which makes it $595

Also, is anyone else in the Midwest planning on shipping a car to KDRotary anytime soon? I thought we might be able to get a better deal that way.

Thanks,

I was expecting $350 or less, it's not that far. My Dad had a car shipped from Texas to Ohio for $450 or less.

I have quotes from about 6 companies so far.

check saia.com

That was the company pineapple told me to use. From what Rob told me it's about $90 each way, since I go to the terminal myself and drop off/pick it up. But he also has a business account with them which gives him something like a 50-57% (dont remember which) discount or something. The shipping was quick and they give you a tracking number that you can use to monitor the progress of the package.

Oh and when gettting quotes dont say engine, or used engine, say CORE. Dunno why but that is what I was told to do. I think it makes it cheaper.

I am happy with it so far since the engine just arrived there safely 2 days ago.

I think he is shipping the entire car, not just the engine...

Yeap, the whole car to KDRotary. There is nothing wrong with the engine itself, just a wiring problem.
