Service manual G16 page question, (project replace igintion wires )

I will try to replace the wires from ecu to ingiter and from igniter to coils.
I will use high quality rf cable with good ground protection.
But is something that I dont understand from service manual on page G16.
It is clear that IG , IJ, IH connect direct to igniter A ,C ,F also from igniter to coils are B, E, G direct to B pin of connector of each coil.
The H are not connected.
But were I have to connect the D point? Is the ground from coaxial cable? If yes Can I conected direct to battery pole for better ground?
And finaly the A pin from coil connectors is going to main relay but first of all were is the main relay and what pin of main relay is connected with the A pin from coils?

I think you will get better info on page Z-28 of the 94 Wiring Diagram (see the sticky thread to download it). I didn't read it deep enough to figure the answer to your question, but it's a much more detailed diagram.
