Serious idle issue... please take a look...

I'm not sure if I blew my engine or what but I wanted to get some other people's opinions before I go taking stuff apart.

Yesterday my car started sounding like it has a HUGE bridgeport. I got it to hold an idle once at around 600-700 rpms and it had 12mm of vacuum. The other really strange thing I noticed is that on the pfc my leading and trailing ignition timing is exactly the same? i don't know what that means and i'm not sure if it's supposed to be that way but i'm pretty sure that it's not. I can answer any questions you guys might have. Bacon says to take out the spark plugs, and i'll probably try that if nobody responds... thanks a bunch for your help.

update... just fired the car up this morning. it still sounds like a huge bridgeport, but it jumped up to 1250 rpms and had a 15mm vacuum idle also the idle doesn't bounce it's pretty solid? could it be some random vacuum hose? could it still be a blown motor? thanks

a blown motor would shake a lot. I had a solid transmission mount and my blown engine still shaked a lot. Easy way is to do a compression check. Go get a compression tester and take out the little valve and take 3 readings.

Also you can ( if manual trans) let the clutch out in 1st till the rpms get really really really low and you can feel each side of the rotors blowing and of course if you feel an interuption in the bap bap bap bap of each side and the mixture exploding it can mean a busted engine..
