series 8 bushings?

hi...i had heard that the series8 rx7s have different bushings when compared to the series6...is that true?...the reason i am asking is because i would like to buy a complete bushing kit and i would like to know. thanks!

I am not aware of any difference in them.

The only "alternative" that came from Mazda is rubber bushings made from stiffer rubber, available from Mazdaspeed. But they're more expensive than poly or delrin so unless you have a good line on those pieces I'd just go aftermarket or replace with stock.

Haven't checked front. In the rear upper wishbone - and this would only apply if you were replacing with OEM - two different bushes available depending on model, one of which is the "normal" S6 bush.

If you are going aftermarket, wouldn't appear to be any issue.
