Anyone ever removed the inner window seal?
I'm thinking about covering the door panels in black ultrasuede. I need to get the window seal off the door skin to do this. I see from the back it seems to have barbs that are folded over, is this it or is it glued too? For clarification I'm talking about the one that is bonded to the top of the door panel.

They do have little barbs. Simply pull the material GENTLY one way (toward one end of the door) and one end of the barb will pop out, then gently go the other way and voila. Finished.
