sequential turbo hits 14 psi and right before the second turbo pressure drops to 5 an

sequential turbo hits 14 psi and right before the second turbo pressure drops to 5 and then reaches 10-14 psi. What could this problem be? It seems like its making less torque and hp then it used to. It used to go to 14 and stay there without fluctuating .

You need to give us actual information about the car, like what mods it has, how many miles on it, etc.

Hks ignition amp, Apexi fc commander, rats nest simplified, 114,000 miles

Exhaust/intake/intercooler? What are you using for boost control, an aftermarket controller or the stock solenoids?

Was it working properly and just started acting up?

stock intake and intercooler, HKS Carbon exhaust. It used to just hit 14-15 and stay there consistently. I'm on stock solenoids as well. I am not running an aftermarket boost controller
