Please remember to book a room at one of the hotels listed earlier in the thread for the Friday night before the event.

Also be aware that entering the track after 10am will lead to a $10 per person track fee. Those tracking will be arriving pretty early, and the event will be starting at 9am so it shouldn't be an issue for most.

Update for those interested in tracking:

We're looking at up to 7 sessions of 16 to 20 minutes per, which is a LOT of track time. There will be motorcycles there also on Saturday in their own run groups. Here is the current breakdown:

Scrubby McBubbles: Advanced/solo
Matt/Armitage: Advanced/solo
BlueBerry Farms: Intermediate
1 of 266 SSMs: Beginner

They do still have quite a bit of room, so for those thinking of getting their feet wet this will be a great opportunity

Also, we have an addition to the raffle...... Uleepera has generously donated the following:

"Ok, then count me in for 2 Eagles home game lower level end zone tickets.

It'll probably either be the 11/26 game against Carolina Panthers or the 12/13 game against Cincinnati Bengals."

 

 

Rich we are plus 2 people and 1 cars from the Facebook group. They don't use Paypal... I told them if it was an issue I'd take their money and paypal it for them at the event.
