Sent injectors to RC, now the primaries leak out the top!
Well, as the title says, I sent all four of my injectors to RC Engineering to get cleaned. I got them back and reinstalled them, and now my primaries leak from the top. I am positive they aren't leaking from the o-ring, as it is new and I can see the gas coming out of the top plastic.
Anyways, I am kind of upset about this. I just paid 110$ for the cleaning, and wasted 50$ cleaning the primaries because I need to buy new ones now anyways. I am going to call RC on Monday, when they are open again, to see what they will say about this. I am hoping they will at least reemberse me for the cleaning service...

You should check them again with the aluminum cap unbolted from the rail and a assistant to help you jumper the ground and F/P pinout on the service box while holding the injectors down so they do not pop out while the system is being pressurized.
Take the proper precautions obviously fire extinguisher rags and goggles if needed.
I would think the top Orings are just not seated properly, as I don’t think the fuel can come out of the upper portion where the solenoid is, nor would RC let it leave if it were in this condition.
One thing I noticed was they send out those green rings, and they don’t seem to fit like the stock mazda seals do, so I just used a set of new OEM rings.

Even with lubrication and great care during installation I managed to pinch both injector o-rings on the primaries. New injectors, new o-rings. You'll find the answer when you take them out. Whatever you do, don't drive it as-is!!! Good luck

I used oil during installation. I used all new OEM o-rings. I jumpered the fuel pump and I am POSITIVE it is coming out between the little metal circle in the top and the plastic. I am sure it's not coming out between the injector holder and the injector, where the o-ring seals.
Anyways, I already ordered new injectors from rx7trix, their price is pretty good
