Seibon CF doorpanels

So I'm about ready to start working on my new fd, and been looking for some plastic pieces for the interior etc.... I'm kind of tired of looking and seen some seibon door panels, they are fairly cheap (compared to sti ones) and was wondering if the door panels only work with seibon cf doors or they can go on stock doors? if anyone knows/has them please let me know. and some pics? thanks
