Unhappy secondary turbo making making no boost

Hey everyone I recently had done a vaccum job on my car. When i put it all back together when i went to go test drive it my first turbo would boost just fine to 10 psi then around 4200 RPM when my second turbo was coming on it made this loud loud air noise and my boost falls flat. Im hoping its just something i forgot I hope you guys can help thanks.

The problem is mate,,, it can be a whole host of things you need to have a read here and start a little learning:-
http://www.autosportracetech.com/RX-...leshooting.htm

But using what i know,, you are saying you are getting a large rush off air when secondary kicks in so i beleive you got a leak on the secondary set up. I would definatly look at the airbypass valve and the relating pipe work and electrical solenoid that controls it becuase it sounds like its not closing when it should to me.

You need to make sure the charge relief solenoid has the correct vacuum routing and that the solenoid itself works properly. Rarely to the valves go bad. Even so, you can swap it with the stock BOV for testing but I'll be the problem isn't the valve itself.

Mahjik is correct ,, its rarely the valve that breaks,,, i beleive there's something wrong with the pipework or the electrical solenoid relating to that valve.

yeah i thought that it was something I would have done during the vac job like connecting a line wrong because it worked before. The vac line going to the valve was pinched badly with the old lines and is it possible that thats the reason why it worked before. Also what solenoids should I look control the charge relief valve?

The Charge Relief Solenoid:

Make sure you have the proper routing for the lines as well. The lines goes through the LIM so make sure those are properly routed from both sides.
