pfc, fmic, dcat, filters, sequential setup

The primary and transition to secondary are fine in all gears, but when secondary comes in on WOT the boost fluctuates between .7 and .9 about twice a second fluctuating and it stays like that as long as wot is on. i can hold full boost but not on WOT. As soon as foot is down it fluctuates. this fluctuation is audible also. does anyone have an experience of this problem. what is it most likely to be. i have checked my BOV and recirc valve replaced but the same.

Turbo Pre-Control Solenoid and Turbo Pre-control Actuator??

any one had this problem. i have done alot of reading on this. but im not sure where to start

If your transition is fine then the pre-control solenoid and actuator are fine. The wastegate is controlling boost after transition. You could try swapping in another wastegate solenoid to test - but this could also be a leak.
