Exclamation HELP. unknown tap

See pic below. This is located on the driver side center iron on the bottom. Is this tap for a sensor of some sort or oil line?

All help appreciated.

It's nothing. Its a leftover hole from casting.

Edit: also the small bolt on the left is the coolant drain plug.

Typically, this is where you would connect a ground.... the specific ground I believe runs off the wires that run to the coil pack --- there is a small ground that connects directly to the coil pack but if you follow the main wire harness further you should be able to track down the one im speaking off

That ground connects a to the block about halfway up the side of the iron, and bolts to the block with a 10mm bolt. Not that it really matters where you put it though...
