Secondary Injectors Bosch 1600cc Resistors
Hey guys,
I just measured the resistance on my Bosch 1600cc injectors and they are sitting at 6.9ohms, now my question is what resistors do I need to run on the Power PFC without damaging the injector drivers.
I have no idea how to work it out.
Any input will be great.

ohms law.
v/r = i. v is volts, R is resistance, and I is amps.
so for the stock injectors,
12v/15ohms = 0.8amp draw.
for your 1600's
12v/7ohms = 1.7 amps, which is too much.
so you need to add a resistor that brings the resistance to about 12-18ohms, 8 ohm would be ideal, but 10 is the available size. it is customary to add some margin, so you want one that does 24v, and can handle at least 2amps, if not more.
