since im in my holidays.. i decided to clean the engine bay and recheck my vacume hoses on top of that i also check my injectors...
What i found was that the primary were fine as i just change a new set couple of months ago, but "one" of the secondary injectors is covered with black residue. Something like carbon buildup!?! is this normal or is my injector dead?? tanx

 

so u mean the outlet is coverd... well thatz not a good sign if thatz what u are sayin.. but if the other side is jus crummy its ok... as long as it gets signal from the connmector... fuel can get in... and the internals are ok and the fuel outlet is clean its ok... if any of those are messed up it needs cleanin.. id clean it anywayz...

 

im not sure what you mean by the "outlet"... but to make it more clear, the tip of the injector (brown plastic) is covered in black residue while the other is clean, as i can still see the brown plastic tip... hope that make sense...

 

oh... and how can i clean it myself??

well the outlet is where fuel comes out... so its on the other end of the electrical plug... and as for cleanin urself?... well id jus use gas or alcohol.... a cutip maybe... or a light brush... nothin wire... not too sure bout taht tho?
