Secondary injector inspection/diagnosis? No fuel...

hi all... ok, next hurdle to overcome w/ my FD... my secondary injectors don't feel like they are coming on at all, when i hit about .5-.7 bar of boost the car seems to stumble/float, like it is hurting badly for fuel... we pulled the injectors today, and checked them w/ a multi-meter, they were both reading 14.2 which should be ok i think, and there is 12v power at each, so doesn't seem to be an electrical issue, but the car simply feels like it has no secondaries! i'm running a haltech E6K on the car, 550cc primaries and 1300cc secondaries, done over at RC Engineering... also a custom surge-tank and inline fuel pump, fuel pressure measured directly off the regulator is perfect... is there something obvious we aren't thinking of here? my mechanic cant think of anything other than one of the secondaries being bad, even though we just got them from RC last week and they seem to pass normal inspection... any pointers or gamplans' greatly appreciated, thanks all...

The ONLY way to know if you aren't getting fuel is to hook up the haltech to a laptop and check your O2 settings...
