secondary fuel rail electrical connector

what the hell is the secondary fuel rail doing with an electrical connector in the middle?

i'm trying to reinstall everything and i can't seem to figure out what that goes on, anyone have pics with all of that hooked up? i can't figure out where some of these go

diagrams anyone?

Thats the engine parts microfiche - section 1-I-4 Through 1-K-4 have diagrams of the fuel system.

It is the fuel temp sensor ( green if I remember correctly )

I believe you are talking about the sensor with the green connector like the one in the top left of this picture. I also think that's a fuel temperature sensor. I looked breifly in the FSM, but I didn't see any specific mention of it.
