secondary fuel injector air bleed sockets?

I have 1600 injectors and do you use the air bleed sockets? I purchased KG sleeves for the injectors. If i put the air bleed on the injector, and the sleeve sticks half way out. If i take the air bleed socket off the injector sleeve fits. This was a used system and worked before on a fd. The injector doesn't go all the way down into the LIM, if it pushed all the way down to the lip in the LIM the injector is to short to fit in the aftermarket rail, like the rail brackets are to tall. If i push it tight in to the secondary rail, the sleeve fits to the top of the lim port, but there's room for the injector to travel down. Will the fuel pressure cause the injector to push down since there's room or will it seal in place? If i put the air bleed socket on it, the sleeve sticks halve way out? Will it seal with the sleeve sticking half way out? So i not run the air bleed socket, and cut the bracket down on the rail? It fit's with the air bleed socket's, the sleeve just doesn't fit total inside the LIM.
