Seatback release on a '93?

Seatback release on a '93?
Saw this on a car in the 'for sale' section. Can't figure out what appears to be a seat back release, nor the strange storage bins where the rear speakers normally are...

IIRC the "strange" storage bins are for the cars equipped with the Bose system. I have them. Now, the seat back release...car that had rear seats...or used JDM seats.

Yep, most JDM seats had that lever to allow the driver to flip the passenger seat forward for access to the rear seats. It folds the seat back forward and lets you scoot the seat up.
It's only on the left-side seat on the JDM cars.
