Oil cooler line O-Ring PN?
Hi - I have a small leak at the quick connect fitting of my oil cooler line. I suspect it's the O-ring in the female connector. Do you guys know a PN / size for that O-ring?
Thanks.
Thanks.
IIRC, the o ring is NLA but the next higher assembly is. The entire female QD has a new o ring in it but I think they run like $40? I've got an oil cooler sitting in my garage and after work today I can pull one of the o rings and see if I can size it up for you if you're just looking for a generic replacement.

O rings come in standardized sizes. If you got to a website like http://www.theoringstore.com/, you will find that you can order O rings in several sizes. Look at the AS568 rings and find one in Viton or EPDM. Those are rated for oil. You can then search by size, -000, -100, -200 etc. -000 is 1/16" cross section (how thick the o ring is), -100 is 3/32" etc. You're looking for a -114 packing which is a 3/32" cross section, 5/8" ID I believe.

As said the O-ring is a part of the connector (N3G1-14-850A). I have several used ones (none of them were leaking as far as I know) if you may want a used one.
Also while there you may want to have a new gasket too (N3A1-14-702)
