if you do mount it on the rear strut tower bar, your gonna die in a crash!!! please only mount wrap around on a roll cage/bar which is securly mounted in to the car!
for bolt it, you must use a 4-5 inch 1/4 inch thick solid steel reinforcement plate or its gonna rip the bolt right out of the stocket and your gonna go flying and get impaled on your steering wheel or go thru your windsheild!

Click on "Safety Equipment" on left menu - good illustration of the stock bar vs an aftermarket bar meant to be utilized as a harness bar.

I really dont think the mounts are strong enuf but its up to you, your life... You only got one, use it wisely... remember a real roll bar cost like 400 bucks and a cage should run about 700-900 (BTW: I only believe in full cages), I personnaly won't skimp on a few bucks and op for the M2 bar which has no reinforcement (on the other side of the body).

The M2 bar bolts to the rear suspension upper mounting point. If it is good enough to support (half) the weight of the car, it should be good enough to hold the harness bar.
The stock rear strut tower brace also bolts to this, but in the case of that, the brace itself is not strong enough to resist bending in the event of a crash, which is why it is not recomended for this usage. The M2 harness bar is specifically designed to be strong enough whereas the stock brace is not.
As someone above mentioned, you can also drill a hole in the rear deck, and back it with a steel plate. Racer Wholesale sells these to meet SCCA and possibly other specs.
I have harness installation instructions on my site. Go to the UR below, and then see: How-to --> Miscellaneous --> Harness Installation.
Cheers,
