How about a phone number for SARD in Japan? Would they sell/ship to me if i called them?

Have you tried talking to some the US RX-7 stores? They may not stock them, but they may be able to import them.

Check with Mackin Industries they sell Sard gauges/BOV's they may be able to get you the exhaust.
